The Culture Domain is where change really happens! No change initiative can survive in a culture that is opposed to transformation. Understanding the building blocks of the organization’s culture is vital. Being able to foster a culture that enables change to take root is essential.
WHAT must we do differently?
The GROWTH domain puts all other domains togetherand asks what must be done to implementchange sustainably
HOW do we want to achieve digital transformation?
The STRATEGY domain focuses on and defines the Big Picture Components of the organization’s transformation. These can be service, hardware, software, processes, people.Goal-setting, planning, and system implementation happens here
WHY we do what we do?
The PURPOSE domain clarifies the driving forcesof the organization. The purpose, vision, and missionmust be understood by everyone involved in the transformation if change is supposed to be impactful.
WHAT must we do differently?
The INNOVATION domain looks at the new. New processes, new culture, new strategies. New products.New people?
WHAT do we do?
The OPERATIONS domain takes apart the workflows and processeswithin the organization. Analogue workflows cannot become digital oncewithout assessment first. Digital ones cannot be improved without understandingthe individual steps.
